We’re looking to recruit a full-time Communications Manager / Marketing Manager.
As our Communications Manager, you will lead our internal and external communications and will be responsible for the growth of the company.
Your tasks will include: (non exhaustive)
- Promoting our brand, its mission and products with new ideas and inventive ways
- Developing strategic concepts and communications plans for the end-user
- Creating and implementing our B2B marketing initiatives and PR strategies
- Managing and developing content suggestions for our magazine, and websites
- Advising upper management on communication structures and approach
- Restructuring communication and marketing to be optimal to drive sales and customer relationship
- Manage targeted communication to customers and key decision makers
- Content creation for social media, newsletters, press releases and other distribution channels
- Creation of Google Ads campaigns and social media and other campaigns
- Managing Google Analytics
- Liaising with third parties, such as content writers and online marketing agencies
- Analyzing and improve overall performance and search engine rankings
- Plan and execute events and trade fairs
- Act as media liaison and formal spokesperson
The requirements for this position include: (non exhaustive)
- Experience in marketing or media-related work
- SEO and Ads campaigns experience
- Experience in marketing/online marketing will be considered a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and stress-resistant
- Proficient use of MS Office and other field-related applications
- Attention to detail and structured and coordinated way of working
- Outside the box mentality
